Shipping policy

We work diligently to get your products shipped out in a timely manner. Please allow us at least 1-2 business days to process your order.  Once processed you will receive an email noting your email is processed. Estimated arrival time ranges from 2-4 weeks.

We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver your products.  Once shipped you will receive an email with tracking information if applicable. 

On rare occasions, items will get damaged during shipping. Any shipping damages need to be reported to TheShop@MyArsenalStrength.com immediately after receiving the shipment.  

 

For quick ship items:

Available only in the continental USA.

Damages must be noted on bill of lading, or you assume responsibility for damages.

Please do not accept or sign for damaged freight. Orders that can’t be delivered to door must be picked up at trucking terminal.
